Thinking she was on her way to happiness, for years Sherlonda experienced great success in climbing the corporate ladder and landing successful corporate positions. In 2005, with a vision to be more than an employee and to become a business owner, along with her husband, Randy, she started two real estate related businesses that are committed to providing solutions for people’s problems. Sherlonda is also a motivational speaker, trainer and teacher.  In her spare time she loves to travel, dance, and spend time with her husband and 3 children.

Rita Adkins is an experienced and  passion driven business woman. Over the years, she has specialized in sales and marketing at many different levels of nationally known companies. With her experience and knowledge she has an enthusiasm to help others become successful in their daily walk. In 2007, she was inspired to obtain her real estate license to help people obtain homeownership. She has a vision of helping and educating people on building wealth. She takes the time to become aware of her client’s needs to help determine their objectives and develop plans of action. She treats client relationships as a partnership always works with their best interest in mind.
